Blakefield Organics organic compost and fertiliser is manufactured just outside of the beautiful rural village of Denman in the Upper Hunter Valley of NSW, Australia.

Our organic soil conditioners are produced from materials that have not been chemically treated or processed and are then left to compost naturally, developing rich nutrients which will then be released slowly into your soil, improving the soil quality.

Blakefield Organics was established in Muswellbrook NSW in 2006 as a method of improving soil conditions on the family farm, as chemical fertilizers had appeared to have dehydrated the soil.

After noticeable improvement on the once dry and deteriorating land, Wayne Blake, owner and producer of Blakefield Organics decided to put some in bags and try to sell some to people who drove past the farm.

Word had soon spread about the soil improvement qualities of this rich compost, which regularly sells out, and Wayne is now also supplying to vineyards, farmers in the area and horse studs.

Blakefield Organic Compost is manufactured completely at the 5th generation family farm, located on Denman Road 20km west of Muswellbrook NSW, from 100% organic matter.

Each product has been manufactured with soil conditioning and improvement at the forefront and can benefit any soil from the individual gardener to vineyards, livestock and farming industries.
